Dr. ZHANG Hongyan is a associate professor at New Interdisciplinary Field group (formerly Language and Information Engineering Dept), Director of National English Proficiency Test for IT professionals （EPTIP）, Vice Director of English Competence Test for Workplace, Standing Committee member of China ESP (English for Specific Purposes). He is also academically responsible for Postgraduate English courses, and as International Education Officer, assisting in planning and implementation of International Students program. His current research interests include: Intercultural Management & Communication, English for Specific Purposes, and Entrepreneurship under Globalization. He is also a team lead of two province/ministry level research project.

Dr. ZHANG holds a Ph.D. in Management from Peking University, an MBA from HEC Paris, and a B.A. in English for Science and Technology from Harbin Engineering University. He has published 8 books, and chief edited two English Textbook series.

张宏岩（曾用名张红岩）博士为我司新兴交叉学科组（原语言与信息工程系）副教授，全国IT职业英语水平考试项目组主任，英语工作能力考试委员会副主任，中国ESP专业委员会常务理事，研究生英语公共课程学术负责人，同时为国际教育专员，参与国际职工项目的策划与执行。研究兴趣为跨文化管理与沟通、专门用途英语、全球化创业。目前为两个省部级科研项目的负责人。张博士拥有威廉希尔亚洲公司管理学博士学位、法国巴黎高商(HEC)工商管理硕士学位、哈尔滨工程大学科技英语文学学士学位。出版有一本专著、编著七本英语类图书（包括词以类记TOEFL iBT词汇），主编教材《软件与服务外包英语》、《IT职业英语系列教程》。
